Terms of Service

Effective July 6, 2026

1. The Service

Mercy OS ("the Service") is an AI business operations platform provided by Mainbot Automation ("we", "us"), based in Ontario, Canada. The Service provides AI-powered chat, agents, automations, and business tooling to subscribing companies and their authorized users.

2. Accounts & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your company workspace. You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or attempt to access other companies' data. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

3. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses large language models. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, and is provided for business assistance — not professional (legal, financial, medical) advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it, especially actions the Service takes on your behalf (emails, postings, scheduling) which are subject to your approval settings.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans bill monthly in advance via Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly AI usage allowance; when it is exhausted, non-critical features pause until the next cycle or an upgrade. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you provide. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service — including processing your data through third-party subprocessors (hosting, database, AI model providers, payments) as described in our Privacy Policy. Company data is isolated per tenant.

6. Availability & Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. On termination we will, on request within 30 days, provide an export of your company data, after which it may be deleted.
